STRONGBody is a free class, available to everyone, at Nechee Friendship Center through their Healthy Living Program.

Nechee is located in the old Legion Building. Please enter through the doors that face the Railway station. They are kept locked, use the doorbell tagged “Nechee” to get in. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
