STRONGBody is available on Zoom as well as live, in person, at the Nechee Friendship Center. It is offered at the center for free to everyone through their Healthy Living Program.

You are welcome to attend either place!

Nechee is located in the old Legion Building. Please enter through the doors that face the Railway station. They are kept locked, use the doorbell tagged “Nechee” to get in. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
