Meet Michelle
Hey there, I’m Michelle and it’s been a year since I completed my Group Fitness certification; which proves that you’re never too old to start new things. Being strong has always been important to me, it’s what drives me to keep going! I love step, cardio kickboxing and almost anything that is Tabata. As a plus size fitness instructor I want to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes and sizes to start moving and make a change! I am so excited to be on this fitness journey with you. We are worth it!
