Yoga on the Dock
On Monday August 14, 2023, we had the perfect afternoon! Susan hosted us for an hour of yoga on her dock and then we had a swim, snacks and time to enjoy each other’s company! Thank you Susan! We are truly blessed and we all felt it!

We were not GRAVE, nor did we stop TO REST, but we saw lots of people we know, walked to all of the hot spot plots, and had time to reflect and remember. Beautiful weather; beautiful place; beautiful people!

There were only four of us but we enjoyed stories, laughter, a beautiful trail with massive trees, as well as coffee and muffins.
Roxanne was the perfect tour guide and we were all fascinated (and confused) about where we were (across from Tunnel Island). She shared a great recipe too!

We had blueberries and ice cream and cookies and, oh yeah, we walked a little too!!

Today was “bling day” as we “partied in the car” en route to West Hawk Lake!

Second walk: Vernon Trails! It was challenging with heat and bugs but a glass of iced tea at Maria’s and a tour of Irene’s garden put the “icing on the cake!”

First walk - best turn out yet! The blue skies, sun, and rushing water made this an outstanding first walk of Summer 2022!
