Run/Walk 5k & 10k Conditioning Programs

This Run/Walk 5K conditioning program is for someone who is already able to run for 5 minutes. This program, slow and gentle, is to increase your running gradually. After 10 weeks you should be able to run for 10 minutes .

This 10K training program is designed for someone who is running steadily for 10 minutes, walking for one minute. You are gently adding distance and hills. By the 10 week mark you should be running a 10 K.
